We are looking for an experienced AEM Frontend Developer to design and implement engaging user interfaces for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern frontend frameworks, AEM-specific templating (Sightly/HTL), and strong UI/UX principles. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to build high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development for AEM

Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and client-side applications using react/Angular Sightly/HTL, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.Ensure seamless integration of AEM components with backend services and APIs.Implement mobile-first, responsive, and accessible designs with a focus on performance optimization.Work with AEM Core Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Headless CMS capabilities.

UI/UX Implementation

Translate design mockups (Figma) into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components.Implement angular and modern CSS methodologies (BEM, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS).Enhance user experience (UX) by improving site navigation, animations, and interactivity.

Performance & Optimization

Optimize AEM frontend performance, including lazy loading, asset bundling, caching, and minimizing render-blocking resources.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to SEO best practices.Improve page load speeds and Core Web Vitals for better user engagement.

AEM-Specific Integrations

Implement Client Libraries (clientlibs), JavaScript Use API, and CSS/JS optimizations for AEM projects.Integrate AEM with third-party APIs, analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and personalization solutions.Work with AEM Dispatcher rules to optimize content delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend Technologies & AEM-Specific Development

5+ years of experience in frontend development with react/AEM.Strong proficiency in react HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+.Experience with Sightly/HTL (AEM templating language) and ClientLibs.Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for headless AEM applications.
