About the department

The GSC&BD GBS unit is in Bengaluru, India, with our headquarters in Denmark. We are focused on consolidating supply chain activities and driving performance improvement. As part of the Global Operational Planning team, our role involves continuous improvement of our operational planning processes and systems to ensure a balanced supply plan on a global scale. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

The position

As Adv Planning Insight Professional, you will turn complex planning data into clear, decision-ready insights for management. You will explain what changed, why it matters and what to do next, helping leaders act with clarity and speed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and present management and board-level insights, highlighting performance, risks, key actions, and decisions required.

Analyze trends, deviations, and emerging risks using operational data, quantifying impact and validating findings with stakeholders.

Drive follow-through on agreed actions by tracking progress, monitoring out-comes, and providing status updates to leadership.

Manage KPI reporting and data transformation using Alteryx and SQL, while partnering with development teams to build dashboards and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will bring with you:

A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field.

5–6 years of experience in supply chain or planning.

Experience preparing and presenting management insights that combine performance outcomes, root-cause analysis, business impact, actions and recommendations.

Experience facilitating cross-functional validation of data, conclusions, ownership and action status before management reporting.

Experience designing, tracking and reporting operational KPIs, together with data cleansing and cross-functional collaboration.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and SQL.

The ability to translate complex datasets into executive-ready business narratives.
