The Opportunity
Process accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Processes Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Executes analysis and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary.Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.Assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.Ensures effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable with a good understanding of accounting principles and processes.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
