About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to support our global Accounts Payable operations within our Center of Excellence in Bengaluru, India.

This role will support day-to-day AP activities including invoice processing, payment support, vendor management, travel & expense, and AP help desk inquiries. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to accuracy, timely processing, and providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

During onboarding, the role may align with U.S. business hours before transitioning to standard IST hours in a hybrid model.

What You’ll Do

Process invoices accurately and timely, including 2-way matchingReview invoice discrepancies and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issuesAssist with payment runs, including ACH and wire payments, following established controls and proceduresSupport vendor setup and maintenance, including required validations and documentationReview employee expense reports for compliance with company policiesRespond to AP help desk inquiries and support established service-level expectationsAssist with month-end close activities, including accrual support and account reconciliationsWork collaboratively with Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and other internal teamsAssist with audit requests and maintain accurate supporting documentationIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and participate in process improvement and automation initiativesMaintain accurate and organized AP records in accordance with company policies and procedures

Skills We’re Looking For

1–2 years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or related experienceBasic understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycleStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to organize and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environmentBasic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with ERP, accounting, or AP systems is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendorsWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and accounting conceptsAbility to meet deadlines and follow established procedures and controls
