This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about uncovering user insights that drive meaningful product outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

User Research

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.

Facilitate user interviews, contextual inquiries, and field studies.

Understand workflows, pain points, behaviors, and user needs.

Support customer and stakeholder engagement activities.

Usability Testing

Design and execute usability studies.

Evaluate prototypes and existing products.

Identify usability challenges and prospects.

Provide actionable recommendations to product teams.

Analysis & Insights

Synthesize research findings into concise reports.

Develop personas, journey maps, and experience maps.

Communicate insights through storytelling and presentations.

Support evidence-based product and design decisions.

Experience Measurement

Establish user experience metrics.

Conduct benchmarking and satisfaction studies.

Measure usability and adoption improvements.

Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.

Preferred

Enterprise software research experience.

Transportation, mobility, manufacturing, or industrial domain exposure.

Familiarity with analytics and behavioral data.

Experience working in Agile product environments.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, Design Research, Sociology, Anthropology, or equivalent.
