Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle voice-based sales interactions. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and providing suitable solutions for renting, buying, or selling through our platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable propertiesBuild strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionGuide customers through the end-to-end real estate journeyAchieve sales targets and drive revenue growthFollow up with leads and maintain regular communicationCoordinate with internal teams for seamless service deliveryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
