BrightCHAMPS is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across our global entities.
Location: HSR Layout, BengaluruExperience: 2–5 YearsDepartment: Finance & ComplianceReports To: Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and ROC/MCA filings.• Handle FEMA and RBI compliance, including FDI/ODI, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA and ECB reporting.• Manage Board, Committee and General Meetings, resolutions, minutes and statutory registers.• Coordinate compliance for overseas entities across Singapore, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh.• Manage intercompany agreements and coordinate transfer pricing compliance.• Coordinate statutory, internal and secretarial audits and closure of observations.• Oversee contract compliance, banking compliance and KYC renewals.• Maintain the master compliance calendar, risk trackers and compliance dashboards.• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
Qualification:
• Mandatory: CA• Good to have: Company Secretary (CS)• Preferred: Diploma in FEMA / International Compliance
