Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Finance Manager to partner with business and operations teams and drive financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with business leaders.Prepare MIS, P&L, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly performance reports.Analyze CAC, LTV, unit economics, contribution margins, and business KPIs.Build financial models for pricing, new initiatives, investments, and business cases.Monitor budget vs. actuals, identifying financial risks and optimization opportunities.Support AOP and long-range business planning.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams on ROI and business performance.Improve financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven processes.Support investor reporting, fundraising activities, and board presentations as required.Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

RequirementsCA/ CMA/ MBA-Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Financial Planning.Experience in a startup, EdTech, or high-growth environment is preferred.Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Good understanding of unit economics and business metrics.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and ERP systems is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.If you’re a finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into business decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
