Your new role
As Sr Manager – Digital & Data Innovation and Governance, you will sit at the intersection of innovation, data and compliance, driving how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients through smarter, more connected digital experiences. This is a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution – from identifying emerging technologies and leading proof-of-concept pilots to building the governance frameworks that keep our data trusted and our practices compliant.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Identifying and evaluating innovative digital and technology-enabled approaches – including AI, automation, conversational platforms and digital health solutions – to improve HCP and patient engagementCo-creating new engagement concepts, pilots and use cases with Omnichannel, Patient Engagement, Marketing and Medical teams, and leading them from ideation through to scale-upEstablishing and maintaining data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, metadata, access controls and retention requirementsEnabling trusted data products, dashboards and insights that support engagement decision-making, while driving data literacy across relevant teamsConducting and coordinating IT risk assessments for digital platforms, data solutions, AI use cases, vendors and integrations – covering privacy, cybersecurity, access management and third-party riskEstablishing responsible AI controls, including use-case assessment, human oversight, transparency, validation and ongoing monitoringActing as the Digital, Data and Governance subject-matter expert for Customer Engagement, representing the function in relevant global digital, data, risk and governance forums

Your Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for someone who can bridge the worlds of innovation, governance and compliance with equal confidence – and who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You'll bring with you:
8–12 years of experience in digital transformation, data governance, IT risk, analytics, AI innovation or technology-enabled business transformationExperience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, MedTech, digital health or another regulated industryHands-on experience in data governance frameworks, data quality, data ownership, access management and control designStrong experience in IT risk assessment, privacy, cybersecurity, third-party risk and regulatory compliance, with practical knowledge of AI governance, automation, cloud platforms and analytics solutionsProven ability to take digital or data innovations from concept and pilot through to implementation and scaleStrong programme management, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across Omnichannel, Patient Engagement, Marketing, Medical, IT, Legal and Compliance teamsThe ability to balance innovation and customer value with risk management and compliance
