Shape the digital backbone that helps Novo Nordisk reach millions of patients living with serious chronic diseases. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll build and evolve the platform that keeps our global IT operations running – and you'll see the impact of your code in everything we deliver.
Your new role
As our new Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll take ownership of hands-on development, day-to-day support, and platform operations across multiple ServiceNow modules. You'll design and customise robust solutions, ensure stable integrations, and help mature how we use ServiceNow across the enterprise.
Day-to-day Your Tasks Will Include
Designing, building and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations end-to-end across modules such as ITSM and ITOMBuilding and maintaining integrations with third-party monitoring tools and data sources (APIs, REST/SOAP, scheduled imports) and working with ITOM components such as Discovery/MID Server, Service Mapping and CMDBOwning the full development lifecycle – requirements, solution design, build, test, deployment and support – while upholding coding, security and QMS standardsProviding day-to-day support for production issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvementsParticipating in release upgrades, code reviews, patching, and managing Change, Release and deployments via update setsCollaborating with Product Owners, Architects, system managers and business stakeholders globallyMentoring junior developers and championing coding standards and best practices

Your Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer who thrives in a global, regulated environment and brings both technical depth and a collaborative mindset. You'll bring with you:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and their functionalityStrong JavaScript, Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integration skills, with proven experience designing end-to-end solutionsServiceNow certifications required; ITIL Foundation preferred; experience from regulated/GxP environments is an advantageA proven track record in support and operations within large, regulated enterprises, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
