About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our HR Technology team and play a critical role in advancing our global Workday ecosystem. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale integrations across Workday and connected business systems.
As a technical expert, you will partner with global stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and IT to deliver scalable integration solutions, drive technical excellence, and provide guidance to external AMS and implementation partners. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with significant technical leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations.Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, and PICOF.Build secure and scalable integrations leveraging SOAP and REST APIs, OAuth, XML, and XSLT technologies.Support Workday tenant management, security configurations, authentication policies, and release activities.Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver seamless business processes and data flows.Troubleshoot integration and system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.Provide technical leadership and oversight to third-party AMS partners and vendors.Ensure adherence to integration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall IT experience.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Workday integration solutions.
