Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead NPI process for new product development (NPD)Technology Transfer of new products from design to mass manufacturingDrive manufacturing, material and test readiness at "Contract Manufacturers"Conduct DFx reviews and process capability to ensure product design and manufacturing processes are capable of meeting the required Bloom quality standardsStructure and maintain new product BOMsDevelop assembly work instructions and proceduresSet clear goals and expectations to ensure all stakeholders are alignedImplementation of ECNs and Deviations in manufacturing, contract manufacturers and vendors for various commoditiesWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA & SCM teams on issue resolution

Education & Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Engineering in EEE/ECE10+ years experience in NPI Program ManagementHands on experience in PCBA and Box builds is mandatoryKnowledge on various commodities like PCB, Sheet metal, Cable Harness is mustKnowledge of power electronics such as DC-DC converter and Inverters, is a plusKnowledge of manufacturing-specific roles throughout NPI phases including HW, SW, manufacturing process, Testing and ReliabilityKnowledge of PLM concepts including BOMs, ECN, DeviationsGood communication skills and ability to work across teamsAbility to relate well to a cross functional team from manufacturing, supply chain, NPI & EngineeringAbility to work effectively across time zones and support contract manufacturers in different geographiesTravel: 20%
