Your Responsibilities

Technical Expert for Radar Systems and their Automotive ApplicationsRequirements Analysis and System Specification development for FMCW Radars (especially at 77GHz) in collaboration with different customersMMIC testing, characterization and failure analysisAlgorithm and Software Development in the field of Radar Signal ProcessingSupport Radar measurements in Laboratory and Test VehiclesInteract with different competencies internally in the Global organizationOccasional participation in Customer Test DrivesWork with global teams on cross domain support, customer supportLead team members to achieve project goals, handle planning and executionContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of advanced software engineering practices

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree or Masters or PhD in Electronics Communication, Physics or related fieldsOverall Exp 10 to 18 Years, 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, log analysisExposure to Radar testing in laboratory and data analysisVery good knowledge in Matlab- and C-programmingVery good English language skillsStrong team and customer orientation and a high degree of flexibility, dedication and initiativeExperience with Automotive standards and processes desirableExperience in direct customer interaction desirableAutomotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)Work independently, proactive, decision maker, passion for results, good team player
