Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Support NPI product bring-up and production release.Perform product characterization, validation, and qualification.Analyze yield data and drive yield improvement initiatives.Debug product, process, and test failures through root-cause analysis.Collaborate with Design, Test, Foundry, OSAT, and Quality teams.Support reliability qualification and production issue resolution.Perform statistical data analysis using tools such as Python, JMP, and Exensio.Drive engineering change management and continuous improvement activities.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or related discipline.3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product, Yield, Test, or NPI Engineering.Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, fabrication, assembly, and test flows.Experience in product characterization, yield analysis, reliability, and failure analysis.Familiarity with ATE platforms (Advantest, ETS, Teradyne) and JEDEC standards.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, Exensio, or Examinator Pro.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
