Salesforce Identity & Access Management Analyst (IAM)

Location: Pune or Bangalore

Shift: EMEA Hours (GMT)

As a Salesforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring users have the appropriate access to Salesforce systems throughout their lifecycle while maintaining compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements

What You Will Do

Provision, modify, and deprovision Salesforce user accounts in line with approved access requests, policies, and SLAs. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and role changes across multiple Salesforce environments. Administer Salesforce profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, public groups, queues, and sharing models. Perform access reviews and recertification activities to ensure users have appropriate access based on business need and least-privilege principles. Investigate and resolve user access issues, authentication problems, and security-related incidents. Process and track requests through ServiceNow maintaining accurate records of access requests, approvals, and audit evidence. Develop and maintain IAM procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.

How You Will Do It

Follow established security, governance, and approval processes, ensuring that all access changes are accurately documented and auditable. Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding requests and access requirements. Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a large volume of requests. Identify opportunities to automate access management processes and improve service delivery.

What We Look For

2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with a focus on user provisioning and access management. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Public Groups, and Queues. Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and user lifecycle management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English (must).
