YOUR ROLE

As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, testing, and enhancing automotive radar solutions that enable advanced sensing and safety features in modern vehicles. You will work closely with global teams and customers to define system requirements, analyze radar performance, develop signal processing solutions, and contribute to the next generation of mobility technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and support automotive radar systems, with a focus on FMCW radar technology, especially 77GHz radar applications. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into system specifications and technical solutions. Perform radar testing, validation, characterization, and data analysis in laboratory and vehicle environments. Develop and enhance radar signal processing algorithms using MATLAB and C programming. Collaborate with global engineering teams and support customer interactions to ensure successful product development and deployment.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in radar systems engineering, automotive radar development, or a related domain. Strong knowledge of FMCW radar systems, radar testing, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in MATLAB and C programming (MATLAB is mandatory). Experience with automotive development processes, ASPICE, or customer-facing technical engagements is an advantage.
