Your role and responsibilities
In this role, We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Software Engineering & Architecture to join our Industrial Automation Digital organization. The role requires strong hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud-native platforms, and modern application development.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-scale software products and platforms. You will work across architecture, design, development, modernization, DevOps, quality engineering, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring engineering teams and driving engineering excellence.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading technical direction and architecture for enterprise-scale software products and platforms, defining engineering standards, architectural principles, coding guidelines, and conducting architecture, design, and technical reviews.Designing scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, including solution architecture, deployment models, integration patterns, API contracts, data flows, and application modernization.Driving engineering excellence and delivery through hands-on contribution to complex product components, reusable services and frameworks, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, release practices, platformization, and reduction of technical debt.Leading technical collaboration and capability development by mentoring engineers and emerging technical leaders, partnering with Product Management, Project Management, Architecture, Cybersecurity, QA and Operations teams, and translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
Qualifications for the role:
12+ years of experience in software product development, preferably across enterprise platforms, industrial software, SaaS, IoT, analytics, or AI-enabled applications, with proven experience leading engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.Strong software engineering expertise with advanced experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, RESTful services, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.Strong cloud and platform experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.Proven solution architecture experience covering microservices, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, API-first design, enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, scalable system design, and cloud-native or hybrid deployment models.Hands-on experience with modern DevOps and engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automated build and release management, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and logging.Strong experience in data, security, and modern application development, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, identity management, secure SDLC, application security, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive UI development.B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; a Master’s degree and certifications in Azure, Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, TOGAF, or equivalent technologies are preferred. Industrial automation, industrial IoT, manufacturing, process industries, analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise digital platform experience is an advantage.
