Food & Beverage Solutions

We have launched a new platform called Food and Beverage solutions, part of our ingredients and solutions reporting unit. This platform consolidates our current category solutions capabilities and innovation infrastructure. We support customers in developing new consumer concepts and application solutions at our four customer solution centers in Amsterdam, Bangalore, Chicago, and Singapore. Food and Beverage solutions leverages the strengths of our five product platforms, including their global and sustainable supply chain capabilities, a complementary portfolio of high-quality food and ingredients, and extensive ingredient expertise. This enables us to address a diverse range of customer requirements in the rapidly evolving Food and Beverage industry. Job Description

Position Overview

Plant Finance executive role within a manufacturing setup. It heavily focuses on cost accounting, month-end financial closure, working capital management, and statutory compliance.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) with qualified CMA/CA, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Strong understanding of Plant, Cost & management accounting, financial controls,basic taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.

Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO/MM modules).

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight month-end timelines.

Min in 3 to 4 years of experience in handling Manufacturing/Plant finance activities.

Experience in:

Handling Monthly GL closing & Reporting and Audits

Knowledge of BOM, product costing and Manufacturing Overheads

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

Vendor invoice processing and payment management.

Customer collections, credit control, and receivables monitoring.

Bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Intercompany/Inter-BU transaction accounting.

Fixed Asset Accounting and Asset Capitalization.

Inventory accounting, GR/IR clearing, and stock reconciliations.

TDS accounting, tax reconciliations, and statutory compliance support.

Support in month-end/year-end closing activities and audit handling

Stakeholder management and collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Tax, and Operations teams.

Key performance Indicators:

Timely completion of month-end book closure.

Accuracy of financial postings and reconciliations.

Reduction in aged receivables and overdue balances.

Timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Closure of GR/IR, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliation items within defined timelines.

Compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
