About This Role
As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design, development, deployment and support of enterprise technology solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, build scalable solutions and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
You Will Be Responsible For
Designing and developing applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.Building automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.Developing solutions using Dataverse and SharePoint Online.Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL databases and application programming interfaces.Supporting solution lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, version control and solution packaging.Applying appropriate governance, security and environment practices to enterprise solutions.Creating technical and user documentation and providing guidance and mentoring to other developers.Working as an individual contributor in line with enterprise architecture standards.Partnering with business stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
Experience / Skills Required
5–7 years of experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online and stakeholder management.Experience integrating solutions with Azure, SQL databases, application programming interfaces and Microsoft 365 services.Experience with solution lifecycle management, Git and Azure DevOps.30+ enterprise Power Platform implementations.Experience delivering multiple enterprise Power Platform implementations.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required. Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory, while PL-600 certification is preferred.
