Service Owner for SAP Central Finance
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role you will have opportunity to be accountable for supporting a team in the development, and/or implementation, and/or execution in area of Change and Release processes and ensures efficient service capabilities. You will also
showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
The work model for the role is
This role is contributing to the Corporate Finance Function and is part of the Finance IS Domain and Corporate Finance.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Own and manage Change & Release Management processes across the CFIN service scope, ensuring controlled and successful deployments.Ensure application security, compliance, quality, business continuity, and high availability while consistently meeting SLA and KPI targets.Manage the Azure DevOps backlog, overseeing the complete task lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to implementation and delivery.Plan, coordinate, and monitor release activities, including deployment schedules, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.Develop and maintain release procedures, testing materials, training content, and facilitate end-user and team training programs.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to resolve operational issues, handle service requests, estimate efforts, implement common solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications For The Role
Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar with least 7 years of experience in IS/IT delivery organizations, with focus on change/release processesProven understanding of change and release processesHands-on experience in SAP/MDG environment with proven understanding of complexity and intricacies of it – is a strong plus.Understanding of compliance requirements is a strong plus.Certifications required - ITIL V4 foundation Certifications preferred- Change and Release processes specific certifications, IT compliance-relevant certification More about us
