Act as the direct and primary point of contact for customer s, managing all post-sale tickets and customer interactions.Receive and log customer queries, concerns, and requests in the ticketing system.Coordinate with the Operation Teams for resolution of queriesMaintain accurate, timely updates on ticket status and resolution, ensuring proactive communication with customer s.Escalate complex or high-priority issues to Vertical Leads, providing full context and history as required.Monitor recurring issues and identify root causes and recommending preventive solutions where feasible.
