Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Flipkart Food Tech, you will drive high-value restaurant partnerships by combining relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and strategic execution. You will own a portfolio of restaurant accounts end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to champion their growth on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Build trust-based relationships and align Flipkart Food Tech solutions to drive partner success.

Growth & Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to boost orders and revenue while proactively addressing performance risks.

Strategic Roadmap: Develop and align quarterly and annual growth plans with business priorities.

Data-Driven Performance: Analyze dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for efficiency and conversion.

Campaign Ownership: Lead platform-wide marketing activations and category sprints to maximize outcomes.

Partner Enablement: Maintain transparent communication, sharing market intelligence and best practices for sustainable growth. Skills & Competencies
