A Snapshot of Your Day
Lead end-to-end execution of 220 kV GIS/AIS substation projects, ensuring safe, profitable and on-time delivery in compliance with customer, contractual, quality and EHS requirements.
How You'll Make an Impact
You’ll be leading a team of 8-10 working technicians & engineers and will handle all Customer and Factory related testing activities. You’ll be responsible for Daily and Monthly testing planning at all the testing stations as per monthly TO plan. You will be doing Capacity planning for testing stations as per the orders. You will be responsible for Daily manpower planning for testing activities. You will be responsible for NABL activities and audit planning.You will be responsible for Customer inspection planning with execution team.You will be responsible for Routine test reports preparation and submit to the customers.You will be doing all QMS & EHS related documentation.You will be Handling EHS & 5S on all the testing stations. You will be doing Regular preventive maintenance and calibration planning of all the instruments. You will Explore the automation and digitalization projects for improvement in productivity of testing
What You Bring
You are an Electrical Engineer (BE with 10-12 years of work experience.You have hands-on experience in Testing of instrument Transformers and Bushings.You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and well versed.You've sound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of international and Indian standards.

Our product portfolio includes AIS (upto 800 kV), GIS (upto 420 kV), Power Transformers (upto 765 kV, 500 MVA), Reactors (upto 765 kV), Traction Transformers (upto 33 kV, 10 MVA). We provide EPC for high and extra high voltage projects pertinent to AIS/GIS, Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) devices and High Voltage Direct Current Voltage Source Converter (HVDC VSC) technology. Further, we off er an extensive range of services for the complete lifecycle of the High Voltage /Extra High Voltage asset and projects including bay extension, substation modernisation, product retrofitting and overhauling, emergency services, breakdown services, Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), maintenance contracts, O&M contracts and spares.
