Key Responsibilities

Data Accuracy & Integrity:Enter, verify, and update product informationincluding titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricingacross multiple platforms while maintaining 99.9% accuracy.

Catalog Management:Organize and categorize products into appropriate hierarchies, ensuring consistency with nexaworks taxonomy and brand guidelines.

Quality Assurance:Conduct regular audits, spotchecks, and crossreferencing against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.

Process Optimization:Collaborate with the Data Engineering and Analytics teams to refine data entry workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce error rates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Product Managers, Merchandising, and Customer Support to resolve data issues and provide actionable insights.

Compliance & Security:Adhere to nexaworks data governance policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Continuous Learning:Stay current on industry best practices, emerging tools, and new product categories to enhance data quality and relevance.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications
