Key Responsibilities
Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
Blenders
Compression Machines
Coating Machines
Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
Record all production activities accurately in logbooks and batch records
Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements
Carry out in-process checks as per defined parameters
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area
Support validation, qualification, and audit activities
Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to supervisors
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
Educational Qualification
B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
Experience
03 to 07 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
Basic troubleshooting skills
Good documentation practices
Teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
