About the Role

The Territory Manager – Cross Sell (SME Loans) is responsible for sourcing SME loan business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. The role involves building and managing a high-quality loan portfolio while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will lead a team, foster strong relationships, and drive collaboration across stakeholders to support both sales growth and risk management. This role is critical in contributing to the bank’s broader objectives by balancing business development with operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Source SME loan business through DSAs, DSTs, and other market channels.Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.Monitor and adapt to changing market trends to identify new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities

Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and policies within the Retail Banking function.Promote a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and operational efficiency.Support the delivery of high-quality customer service through process improvements and team enablement.
