Own end-to-end dark store warehouse operations including inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health), shrinkage control, inbound/putaway/picking/dispatch/returns reconciliation, and KPI management (Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity, SLA adherence) while handling manpower planning and escalation across shifts. Requires experience in warehouse/dark store/retail/e-commerce operations with cycle count, inventory audits, shrinkage, and team management. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (open to relocation across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and PAN India).
