Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :Manage complete retail store fit-out projects from site handover to store opening.Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines.Supervise flooring, false ceiling, drywall partitions, painting, glazing, masonry, and finishing works.Manage electrical installations including: Lighting systems, Power distribution, DB installations, Cabling and conduiting, Earthing systems, Emergency lighting, UPS and backup power systems, Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.Manage installation of: Slotted angle racks, Gondola shelving systems, Heavy-duty warehouse racks, Storage systems, Verify alignment, anchoring, load capacity, and safety compliance.Must maintain records of Materials inward and outward in the Project warehouse, asset inventory managementAre you who we're searching for This opportunity is open to any graduate students enrolled in a degree program(preferred background in Civil and Electrical). Candidates from Quick commerce & Retail, FMCG, Projects background .Experience in Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Electrical projects is mandatory.Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple sites and execution activities simultaneously.Good communication and reporting skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
