PFB the JD for the RM role in Credit Life
Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunity
Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement
Assist and train partner staff on products and process through periodical training interventions and/or joint field calls
Timely track sales performance through various organizational metrics / MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers by ensuring a prompt response
