Job Purpose

Responsible for HSW compliance

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW complianceEnsure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure ‘ZERO’ fatality.

Maintain HSW score >95 month on month

PTW complianceVehicles Telematics and compliance monitoringMsafe complianceAccident and Incident managementVendor Safety Plan ReviewPlanned General Inspection for VIL and IP sitesPromote culture of Safety and WellbeingPeriodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance

Strong knowledge of HSW complianceCommunication and presentation skill setKnowledge of safety rules and practices MUST

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

BE Electrical/Electronics.First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
