Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements for frontline positions across assigned branches. Handle complete onboarding and joining formalities for new employees. Ensure timely completion and verification of employee documentation. Manage HR requirements and manpower planning for 8 branches across Gujarat. Coordinate with Branch Managers and business teams for timely closure of vacancies. Manage the end-to-end employee recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and other HR-related MIS. Support employees and business teams with day-to-day HR requirements. Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies across assigned branches.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage. 14 years of experience in HR, preferably with strong exposure to Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Experience in handling frontline hiring will be preferred. Candidates should be locally based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
