Head – Clinical OperationsLocation: AhmedabadRole OverviewThe Head – Clinical Operations will be responsible for leading and strengthening clinical operations across healthcare projects and institutions within Adani Healthcare. The role will work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, and functional stakeholders to establish operational excellence, clinical governance, quality standards, and patient-centric care delivery across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight for clinical operations across healthcare projects and facilities within Adani Healthcare.Develop and implement operational frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.Drive quality, patient safety, and clinical governance initiatives across projects.Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient experience.Support project commissioning, operational readiness, and service expansion activities.Collaborate with medical, nursing, HR, quality, finance, and support functions to ensure seamless operations.Establish performance metrics, operational dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical leadership teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.Candidate ProfileMBBS with postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB preferred).Minimum 10 years of post-qualification clinical experience.Proven experience in hospital operations, clinical administration, healthcare transformation, or service-line leadership.Strong understanding of quality, patient safety, and healthcare operational excellence.Experience in large hospitals, multi-specialty healthcare institutions, or healthcare projects will be preferred.Key CompetenciesClinical LeadershipOperational ExcellenceStakeholder ManagementStrategic ExecutionChange ManagementQuality & Patient SafetyData-Driven Decision MakingPatient-Centric ApproachRole ScopeThis is a group-level leadership role with responsibility for supporting and driving clinical operational excellence across current and future healthcare projects within Adani Healthcare.
