The role

A Supplier Quality engineer role (serial SQA) at a manufacturing/motor vehicle parts company in Ahmedabad, India, applying SQM and AQP.pp with external supplier management through serial lifecycle incident handling and conformity control for components delivered to production. You will use PDCA, FTA, 8D, and Ishikawa to drive supplier PDCA closure, support charge backs, and ensure component conformity throughout the lifecycle, with plant-environment experience and basics in mechanics and/or electronics. On-site role in a plant environment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Main Mission

Application of Group Standards (SQM and AQP.pp) with External suppliers Management of incidents created by suppliers in serial life cycle Conformity Control of the serial components supplied to and into the production site100% Capable Yearly initial samples 100% Capable serial components delivered to the APU/LINEControl of the Supplier PDCA analysis speed and relevancy until the PDCA closure with a perfect communication to the APU. The serial SQA Eng is the link between the Supplier and the APU.Follow up of the Charge Back with PurchasingResponsible of the conformity of the components throughout their life cycle
