Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead and manage the design engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members Oversee the design and development of desalination, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and water irrigation systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conceptualization to completion Drive innovation and sustainability in design solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the design process Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality engineering designs Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to maintain the highest standards of design excellence Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the engineering department

Technical Skills
