The role
Deputy Manager role at Valeo in motor vehicle parts manufacturing, leading industrialization for a new P1 and driving production efficiency across the industrial perimeter. Own industrialization activities such as equipment introduction using IPROM, equipment/line development with suppliers, defining acceptance criteria, running pre-acceptance and acceptance, executing line trials and reports, and contributing to PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN; also manage mass production improvements with a focus on QCDM and cycle time reduction plus SPV validation and APU QRQC. Skills include Lean design workshop, SPV workshops/rules, 5S, and ensuring Safety and Environment procedures; location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (work mode not stated).

MISSION
To lead the industrialization of the new P1To improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeterCapitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domainTo participate on the design of new equipment and new linesTo lead Lean design workshop
Industrialization
To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tool and validate the supplier proposalTo define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsTo built action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPRTo perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and processTo set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
Mass production
To monitor QCDM and propose improvementTo survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimizationTo work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costsTo update routing on Information system with SPV validationTo support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)To participate to SPV workshopTo participle to APU QRQC
Standardization
