JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead packaging development activities, including design, evaluation, optimization, and scale-up of packaging solutionsEnsure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality Control & Compliance requirementsDrive Packaging Design and Optimization aligned with product stability, usability, and regulatory needsOversee Packaging Testing and Validation and Equipment and Process Validation activitiesSupport technology transfer of new or modified packaging formats to commercial manufacturingGovern Deviation Management, Investigation Analysis, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) effectiveness for packaging changesEnsure Serialization & Track & Trace and Labeling, Barcoding, and Serialization readiness for global marketsCollaborate with Supply Chain on Knowledge of Packing Materials, supplier qualification, and change managementDrive Automation & Digital Transformation initiatives within packaging developmentEnsure strong Regulatory & Audit Readiness for packaging development documentation and changesMaintain high Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS – Environmental, Health & Safety) standardsLead team capability building, training, and technical mentoring in packaging development
