GM Infotech is looking for a Customer Support Executive to help merchants using our Shopify apps through live chat, email and calls.

Location: Surat, Gujarat (work from office)

Shift: Night shift, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM the following day (IST)

Salary: 10,00020,000 per month, based on skills and interview performance.

Responsibilities

Handle customer chats, emails and calls professionally in English.

Help Shopify merchants with app installation, setup, features and usage.

Understand customer issues, perform basic troubleshooting and explain solutions clearly.

Gather relevant details and screenshots, reproduce issues where possible, and coordinate with developers on technical problems.

Follow up until issues are resolved and maintain accurate support records.

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English is essential, with clear grammar and confident conversation skills.

Ability to type accurate, professional English responses and manage live customer chats.

Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn software, app settings and troubleshooting steps.

Good computer, browser and email skills.

Patience, problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Availability for the stated shift.

Shopify, e-commerce or customer support experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
