We are looking for an Accounts Reconciliation Executive to ensure that payments received across our retail outlets and online channels are accurately reconciled with sales and bank settlements.

Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily payments received from retail outlets across:CashUPICredit/Debit CardsWallets and other digital payment modesReconcile online transactions from the website, marketplaces and payment gateways.Match POS/ERP sales with bank credits and payment gateway settlements.Identify short settlements, excess settlements, missing payments, duplicate transactions and other discrepancies.Track refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and failed transactions.Coordinate with store teams, banks, payment gateways and internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues.Maintain daily and monthly reconciliation reports.Track pending/unreconciled transactions until closure.Support month-end closing and audit requirements.Ensure accurate accounting entries and supporting documentation.RequirementsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.1–3 years of experience in accounts, payment reconciliation or finance operations preferred.Strong working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliation formulas.Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Experience with retail POS, ERP or accounting software is preferred.Ability to handle large volumes of transactions and follow up on discrepancies.
