This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)
Designation: Deputy Manager– Process Quality
Location: Ahmednagar
Qualification: BE (Any engineering)
Experience: 3 years to 6 years
Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
Support quality assurance activities across the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle to ensure products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Promote and reinforce a quality-focused culture within manufacturing operations by adhering to and advocating standard quality practices and procedures.Execute quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manufacturing process variability, defects, and quality risks.Participate in quality assurance and validation activities for new, transferred, or modified manufacturing lines and processes.Collaborate with Procurement Quality and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve supplier-related manufacturing quality issues.Apply defined quality tools, methods, and inspection techniques to monitor process performance and product quality.Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for manufacturing deviations and nonconformances.Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Execute assigned tasks within defined parameters, schedules, and priorities while meeting quality expectations.
