Job Description

Deliver professional and personalized spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies to guestsAssess client needs, preferences, and health conditions to customize and recommend appropriate treatment plansMaintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all spa treatment areas and facilitiesManage client appointments, scheduling, and booking systems to ensure efficient spa operationsEducate clients on available spa services, treatment benefits, and wellness recommendationsMaintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style consistent with Fairmont standardsProcess client payments, handle transactions, and manage spa billing accuratelyEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and facility protocolsCollaborate effectively with spa management, fellow therapists, and hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiencesMonitor and maintain inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages to managementRespond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

Valid spa therapist license or certification from an accredited institutionMinimum 2 years of professional spa therapy experience in a luxury hospitality settingCertification in at least two spa treatment modalities (massage therapy, facials, body treatments, or wellness therapies)Current First Aid and CPR certificationStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications related to spa treatmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clienteleProficiency in spa management software and point-of-sale (POS) systemsDemonstrated commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards in spa environments
