Job Description
Oversee and manage security operations across all areas of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assetsMonitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to identify and respond to potential security threats or suspicious activitiesConduct regular security patrols throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilitiesManage access control systems and verify credentials of staff, contractors, and visitors entering the premisesRespond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, documenting all occurrences in detailed incident reportsSupervise and coordinate with security team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackLiaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsImplement and enforce security protocols and procedures in accordance with Fairmont standards and company policiesConduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall property securityMaintain security equipment and systems, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
Minimum 5 years of professional security management experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel environmentValid security licence/certification as required by local regulations and Indian security standardsProven experience in CCTV monitoring systems and access control technologiesStrong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and supervise security personnelProficiency in incident documentation and report writingAbility to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
