Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotel’s bars, lounges, restaurants, or event venues. This role ensures excellent guest service by crafting quality drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender promotes hotel standards through professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of beverage offerings.
Qualifications
Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with precision and consistency, maintaining exceptional presentation standards.Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes.Uphold beverage recipes and techniques as per Fairmont standards, ensuring the highest quality of beverages at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.Adhere to all beverage and safety regulations, promoting responsible alcohol consumption.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
