Job Description

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standardsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas in accordance with hotel standardsOperate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipmentProvide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional and courteous mannerPrepare hot and cold beverages including tea, hot chocolate, and other speciality drink

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a hospitality or café Proficiency in preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty coffeesStrong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profilesDemonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining espresso machines and grindersExcellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanourAbility to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygieneStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
